Who we are
Wagga is a location-based mobile application for discovering dog-friendly places, events, reviews, check-ins, and community content.

Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including account details, display name, profile details, reviews, favourites, check-ins, uploaded images, messages, support requests, and content submissions.
We also collect technical and usage information required to operate the service, including device information, app interactions, identifiers, crash data, authentication data, IP address, and service logs.
If you enable location permissions, we may collect precise or approximate location data to show nearby places, improve map features, and support search and discovery.
Permissions
Location permissions are used for nearby results, maps, and discovery features.
Camera and photo permissions are only used when you choose to capture or upload images.
Notification permissions are used for app activity, support replies, moderation updates, and relevant Wagga activity.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve Wagga, maintain accounts, personalise the experience, operate maps and discovery features, enable social features, moderate content, investigate abuse, respond to support requests, analyse product performance, and protect the platform.
We process personal data based on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
Sharing and third parties
We do not sell personal data.
We may share data with service providers and infrastructure partners that support Wagga, including hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, mapping, advertising, subscriptions, and support tooling.
We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, protect users, investigate abuse, enforce our terms, or defend our rights.
Advertising and analytics
Wagga may include advertisements, sponsored listings, or promoted content.
Advertising may be contextual or based on general location, app activity, or other non-sensitive signals.
Where required by law or platform policy, we request consent before using personal data for personalised advertising or cross-app tracking.
Data retention and your rights
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements.

We will delete or anonymise data unless retention is required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.
Children
Wagga is not intended for children under 13 years old or the minimum legal age required in your region.
Terms of use summary
By using Wagga, you agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or harvest data, manipulate reviews or listings, impersonate others, or use Wagga for spam, fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity.
User-generated content and third-party information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You are responsible for your own decisions and safety when visiting locations or interacting with others.
If Wagga offers subscriptions or paid features, payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically unless cancelled, and refunds follow the relevant store policies.
